Raymond Sprung Named Vice President of Credit Administration at LibertyBank

Eugene, Oregon

LibertyBank has named Raymond W. Sprung as its new vice president of credit administration at its corporate office in Eugene. He is responsible for managing the credit quality of the Bank’s various loan portfolios as well as implementing underwriting guidelines and procedures.
 
Sprung has worked in the banking and finance industries for 37 years with leadership experience at both the national and community bank level. He brings expertise in the areas of credit analysis, administration and approval, with additional background in developing new lending products and services. He has a degree in finance and accounting from San Jose State University.
