  1. You agree to enroll in E-statements when the service becomes available Summer 2008. Thereafter, a $3 monthly paper statement fee applies if you elect to continue to receive a paper statement.
  2. LibertyBill Pay is free when you complete one or more bill payments each statement cycle, else a $3 Inactivity Fee applies.
  3. All requirements to qualify for Bonus Rates must be met at least one business day prior to the statement cycle end date or two business days if the statement cycle ends on a weekend or holiday.
  4. Surcharges at non-MoneyPass network ATMs may apply.
  5. Subject to credit approval. 1/4% rate reduction based on the loan payment being automatically deducted from your LibertyBank checking account. Check with offices for qualifying consumer loans. Offer subject to change without notice.
