Develop, implement, and manage strategic sales and service initiatives for Relationship Banking Services. Assist the Senior Vice President, Relationship Banking Services and Area Managers in the further development and retention of LibertyBank's Relationship Banking strategy andattainment of all related production goals and objectives.
Thorough knowledge of retail banking products, policies, operations, and regulations, as obtained through a minimum of 10+ years of banking experience. Minimum 5+ years management/supervisory experience. Demonstrated sales leadership. Experience in sales administrations programs. Ability to plan, work, and operate at a strategic level within the context of the Bank's vision and goals. Strong leadership, interpersonal, coaching, and sales training skills to positively motivate staff. Ability to establish and maintain excellent working relationships with Senior Management, administrative staff, clients, and employees. Excellent written, verbal, and problem-solving skills. Must be service-oriented with ability to multitask. Must be a self starter and a team player requiring minimal supervision. Excellent PC skills with proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and menu driven software.
